如何能夠更好準确量測低阻值電阻
電阻值小於0.9R歐姆,應採用
[四點探針]
量測的方法,而且要求的量測用電表具有很高的分辨率。
四點探針量測方法是為了抵消引接線和被量測的電阻間接觸點的兩端內在的阻抗值。如果
你需要量測0.1R歐姆電阻的精度高於±1%,最好可以選用有六位數字的數字錶。針對測量低阻抗
值,採用四點探測,即 兩根導線輸入電流,兩根導線輸出量測兩端電壓,得出來的電壓讀數,可以代
入歐姆定律即可計算出精确之電阻值。
