Cement FEATURE

  • Exceptionally small and sturdy, mechanically safe.  
  • Excellent electrical characteristic  
  • Tolerance of ±5% and ±10% are standard.  
  • Non-inductive type are available on request.  
  • Heat and flame resistance   
  • The materials used and the construction techniques ensure excellent   flame resistance, arc resistance and moisture resistance as well as self-extinguishing capabilities, They will withstand the most rigorous loading test.
  • As resistors in radio and television receiver, The hazardous conditions of  smoking and reheat can be completely prevented by the proper choice of power resistors.
  • For high resistance value, The winding core will be replaced by metal oxide film core (RS Type)
  • Applicable specifications: EIA RS-344 and EIA RC-649

功率因素調整二極體之應用介紹

功率因素調整(PFC)Power Factor Correction,用來表示電子産品對於電力的利用效率,是指有效功率除與總耗電量的比值,其原理主要是調整交流電輸入電流之波形,盡可能與直流電電壓波形盡可能一致,其計算出來的功率因素值越高(趨近於1),代表其電源利用率越大,電能轉換效率也越好。 一般電子設備沒有功率因素校正(Power Factor Correction, PFC)時其PF值約只有0.5

目前市面上有PFC的電源產品有兩種,一種為被動式(Passive)PFC,另外一種為主動式(Active)PFC.其中主動式PFC提高電力轉換效率,降低設備所傳導之電流損耗,比被動式更高效率,降低視在功率,讓電力的消耗更少,響應環保。電子3C產品逐漸多採用主動式PFC的元件設計使產品更輕薄短小高效率以符合市場趨勢
