生物中高溫發酵原理:

細菌透過分解有機物來獲得所需的能量和維生物質,而廚餘中的糖分,經過乳酸菌分解,變成乳酸;同時,糖分亦會被酵母菌分解,產生酒精和二氧化碳。在製作環保酵素時加入糖份,可為細菌提供額外食物,使細菌們大量繁殖,令整個分解過程加速。
