Extremely Low TCR from ±5~±50 PPM/℃ | 應用 薄膜電阻的應用廣泛,對於任意面積遠大於厚度的情形,比如薄膜物理或者半導體產業中,常有奈米級厚度的薄膜被沉積到晶片上,如果關心這些薄膜的電阻阻值大小時,就需使用薄膜電阻這一概念。例如,在發光二極體的製造中,二極體PN結上作為電極而沉積的金屬的阻值很大程度影響了發光二極體的發光效率,因此需要最小化金屬半導體的接觸電阻,利用四腳探針測量法以及傳輸線模型(Transmission Line Model)測量法,即可確定接觸電阻的大小和金屬下方半導體層的薄膜電阻阻值。 |
